Age- Our Spa is an adult enclave; therefore, we kindly ask that guests be at least 16 years of age to enjoy our services and facilities.

Attire- Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort and enjoyment while in the Spa.  If you choose to wear your robe out of the Spa, please stop at the Spa Front Desk and a robe deposit will be charged to your room.  Upon returning your robe, this deposit will be credited.

Cancellations & “No Shows”- Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you!  As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, please cancel or re-schedule, as requested.  If you make changes with less than 4 hours notice, but re-schedule for the same day, there will not be a cancellation charge.  However, late cancellations and “no-shows” will require a full charge to your room or credit card.

Cell Phones & Pagers- Please respect the tranquility of our Spa by not bringing your cell phone.  If you must bring your cell phone please ensure that it is off during your time at the Spa. Cell phone use is not permitted in any of the indoor or outdoor areas of the Spa.

Facility Fee – Facility fee is waived for resort and day spa guests with the purchase of a spa service valued at $105 or more (before service charge).  If a resort guest chooses to enjoy the spa amenities without a spa appointment, they will incur a $25 fee. If a local guest chooses to enjoy the spa amenities without a spa appointment, they will incur a $50 fee for all day access.

Facility Usage- Spa facilities include men’s and women’s locker rooms, relaxation lounges, steam, sauna, and whirlpool; cardio/weight and fitness studios; classroom and private work-out exercise studio; and outdoor heated pool and whirlpool.

Gift cards- If you are using a gift card, please bring it with you.  It is important that you present it when checking in at the Spa front desk. Our gift cards make the perfect year round gift for any special occasion.  Gift Cards can be purchased at the Spa front desk or on-line at www.spaatsawgrassstore.com.

*Gift Cards are valid for one year from purchase date and are non-refundable.

Pregnancy – We recommend clients who are in their first trimester not to schedule a massage, body treatment, bath and certain facials.

Promptness- As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time.  Please arrive at the Spa Reception Desk at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to relax and enjoy the Spa facilities.  A visit to our Spa should be an experience; therefore, we encourage early arrival so you can truly enjoy all the Spa has to offer.  A late arrival will reduce your treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.  No adjustment will be made on the treatment price in this instance.

Safety- Please inform your provider if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart ailments or any condition that may be contraindicated for massage, skin care or heat therapies.

Service Charge- For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all Spa services.  Package prices are inclusive of the Service Charge. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Smoking- The entire Spa, both indoor and outdoor areas, is a smoke-free environment.  In the interest of health and well-being, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking while in the Spa or at the Spa Pool.
